Kevler Homes is looking for a bright, friendly multitasker to be the welcoming face of our Christchurch office to support our office team.

What you’ll do:
• Greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional first impression
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Keep the office, reception, and cafeteria areas clean and tidy
• Provide refreshments for visitors
• Manage mail and emails
• Handle word processing, spreadsheet work, photocopying, and filing
• Assist with stationery orders and maintain office equipment
• Run errands and support general office logistics
• Carry out other administrative tasks as required

We’re looking for:
• Christchurch-based, full-time junior to intermediate-level position
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and grow with the team and company

Bonus Skills
• Experience in a professional office or construction-related environment
• Willing to take on new challenges
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling varied tasks

Now hiring Online Content/ Social Media Superstar

Kevler Homes is looking for a content creator with online flair, on-screen confidence, and video editing ability to become their digital voice and personality across social media platforms.

What the role involves:

You’ll create video content multiple times per week

Your content will highlight:

• What Kevler Homes offers

• Features of our home builds

• Behind-the-scenes stories from the building process

• Tips and insights for home buyers

• Property market commentary

• Showhome walkthroughs and new listings

• And any other relevant property videos that will capture and increase followers

You’ll be the one turning our builds into buzzworthy online stories that resonate across mainstream and digital platforms.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable, confident, and natural on camera

• Able to self-film and edit short-form and long-form video content

• Great energy and ability to connect with audiences online

• Familiar with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram — and ideally WeChat/Red Book

• Organised, creative, and full of content ideas

• A strong interest in property, homes, or real estate is a big plus

Bonus if you have:

• Prior influencer or content creator experience (even personal channels)

• Ability to adapt content for different audiences (e.g. Red Book vs Instagram)

• Some understanding of housing/building industry (not essential — you’ll learn!)
